Volunteers and members of the American Red Cross and the Memphis Fire Department installed free working smoke alarms and shared fire safety information with 288 residents in Frayser | Memphis Fire Department

Volunteers and members of the American Red Cross and the Memphis Fire Department installed free working smoke alarms and shared fire safety information with 288 residents in Frayser. 

MFD and the American Red Cross also recognized two American Red Cross volunteers that installed a working smoke alarm during last year’s event that saved the lives of four family members. 

Special thank you to Sarah Breazeale, Executive Director of the Mid-South Chapter, Lt. Stephen Harris, BC Daniel Harris, Engine 5, Engine 14, Engine 19, Engine 21, Engine 23, and Rescue 3, MFD Fire Education Specialists and the dozen of Red Cross volunteers for making this event successful.
