Graduates earn 108 degrees, certificates from William Moore College of Technology

About 52.8 percent of the 108 degrees and certificates handed out by William Moore College of Technology in 2017-18 were to students in precision production programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private not-for-profit institution in Memphis conferred 48 certificates and 9 associate's degrees in precision production programs.

But the single most popular program was for a certificate in heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration maintenance technology/technician. Data shows the school gave out 35 certificates in heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration maintenance technology/technician, followed by 34 certificates in welding technology/welder and 14 certificates in machine tool technology/machinist.

The college enrolled 276 students for 2017-18, all of whom were enrolled in undergraduate programs.
