On Saturday, January 13, former Laney High School standout, Khalil Genwright’s current college team, the LeMoyne-Owen Magicians, lost 61-71 in their NCAA D2 game against the Talladega Tornadoes.

The game took place in Memphis, Tennessee. This was the second matchup against the Talladega Tornadoes this season.
