Winning, losing, and what place you finish in is the most important thing for a lot of track & field athletes and teams.For the Magicians track & field team those things are important as well but they also see the big picture and understand the importance of baby steps.

The Magicians have now competed in three events this season and every time they have left with things to build on. With this being the first season in over four decades, it's safe to say a lot of Magician fans are proud of the job the team is doing. 

Over the course of the next couple months the team has a busy schedule and will look to finish strong down the stretch.This off-season will be very important for the program, as far as recruitment and skill development goes. The Magicians coaching staff is up to the challenge and are looking forward to the growth and development of the program.
