The Lynx improved to 3-0 on the season with a 10-1 victory over the MUW Owls. Freshman Zac Sohosky took the ball for the second time this season, pitching six innings of 1 run ball, and collecting his first Collegiate Win.
Offensively, the Lynx batters continued their mashing, putting up 7 runs in the fifth inning and another 3 in the seventh. The offensive outburst was sparked by Corbin Kinder's 1 out homer, clearing the scoreboard by several feet.
The Lynx bullpen also continued their dominance. After Sohosky's 6 innings, Jaxon Cady, Chayton Gray, and Colby Slaughter all tallied scoreless innings, sealing the win for the Lynx.
