The LOC women's basketball team fell 57-45 on the road to Edward Waters University last night in their second game of the year.
Despite the teams 4-9 record they have been competitive in nearly every game. The struggles for the team has come on the offensive end. The team shot 15-62 from the field and 2-16 from the three point line.
The Lady Magicians were led in scoring by guard Madison Riley who scored 12 points on 5-12 shooting. Also in double figures was forward Kamryn Knight who scored 11 points and grabbed 18 rebounds.
The Lady Magicians will return to action January 9th, at home against Miles College, the game is scheduled to start at 5:30pm.
