Valdosta State knocked down 13 three pointers to help it earn an 86-66 win over the Christian Brothers University men's basketball team, on Tuesday night, at The Complex.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Blazers jumped out to an 8-0 lead less than three minutes into the contest.
- VSU led 26-11 at the midway point of the first half.
- The Blazers led by as many as 22 points before taking a 50-30 lead at the half.
- Valdosta State shot 19-34 in the first half, including 7-18 from three point range.
- The Blazers took advantage of 15 first half miscues by the Bucs.
- In the second half, CBU never managed to get closer than 17 points.
- The Bucs finished 49 percent from the floor (28-57), but were just 5-15 from three point range.
- VSU shot 32-62, and hit 13-34 from long range.
- The Blazers scored 29 points off 23 CBU turnovers.
- Daniel Loos led the Bucs with a season-high 20 points on 10-13 shooting.
- Aiden Ruthsatz and Charlie Champagne added 12 points apiece.
- Madison Monroe chipped in nine points and a game-high 10 rebounds.
- Slate Garmany added a career-high five points. His 22 minutes were also a career high.
