Steve Cohen has represented Tennessee’s 9th District in the U.S. Congress since 2007, succeeding Harold Ford Jr. Born in 1949 in Memphis, Tennessee, Cohen graduated from Vanderbilt University and earned a law degree from the University of Memphis.
