In another tweet on April 15, 2025, Cohen criticized a decision made during the Trump administration, stating that “The Trump admin froze funding to upgrade senior housing—new windows & lighting, lower energy bills—because the program had “green” in the name.” Cohen described this move as “not governing” but an example of “ideological brain rot” that would negatively impact seniors to serve political interests.
