George Hamsley, a former standout at Memphis University School and current player for the Ole Miss Rebels, will take part in the NCAA Division I FBS Football Championship.

The team will start the tournament as the sixth seed, facing the 11th-seeded Tulane Green Wave.

The opening game is scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 20, at 2:30 p.m.
