How many companies in cities in Shelby County received FDA inspections in Q4 2024?

There were four companies in a city associated with Shelby County, Tennessee, that received four FDA inspections in the fourth quarter of 2024, according to reports from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

One should take voluntary action to correct the organization’s management operations. Additionally, one company had to take regulatory and/or administrative actions.
