On Saturday, March 8, former First Assembly Christian School standout Sam Thomas’ current college team, the Delta State Statesmen, won 14-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Christian Brothers Buccaneers.

The game took place at Nadicksbernd Field. This was their second matchup against the Buccaneers this season.

The Statesmen’s next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 3:30 p.m. at Nadicksbernd Field against Christian Brothers Buccaneers.
