On Thursday, March 20, former Memphis Day Academy standout Denver Jones’ current collegiate team the Auburn Tigers won 83-63 against the Alabama State Hornets in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.
Hosted in Rupp Arena, this was the first game against the Alabama State Hornets during the championship.
The Auburn Tigers’ next game will take place on Saturday, March 22 at 6:10 p.m. in Rupp Arena against Creighton Bluejays.
Denver Jones’ hometown is New Market and game position is guard.
